We always recommend having a maintenance agreement on each air conditioning unit. Its the equivalent of getting oil changes in your vehicle. Having maintenance keeps us connected with the customers and helps us keep an eye on the condition of the unit. We come out every 6 months to test all parts, belts, pressures, etc. and this way we can prevent major repairs. This minimizes costs and the need for emergency visits for our customers.

Our goal is to get the new unit installed the next day after purchase. As long as the unit is available from our manufacturer we are able to reach our goal. However, in the rare event of unavailability, we do our best to keep our customers comfortable until we replace the unit and make any customer without air conditioning our priority. When we arrive on the day of the changeout, it will usually take the majority of the day. Our goal is to minimize the amount of time you're air conditioning is not working and make the transition as painless as possible.

We do recommend the i-Wave air purifier. This in-duct air purifier is designed to eliminate pollutants, diseases, and odors from your home. It has even been successfully tested on bacteria such as e-Coli and MRSA. This also helps solves difficult pet odors, and cooking smells.

It is recommended that a filter is changed every three months. However, we recommend every customer to check their filter every month to make sure it's not clogged. Not keeping a clean filter could lead to many issues with the air conditioning and lead to needing a very much preventable service call.
